At VIVI Root, we want every customer to feel confident and supported.


Because we sell sealed cosmetic/hygiene-sensitive products, our return policy follows strict health and safety requirements. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

 


 

 

1. Return Eligibility (14 days)

 


You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.


However, due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following rules apply:


 

1.1 Sealed cosmetic / hygiene-sensitive products (strict rule)

 


For health protection and hygiene reasons, VIVI Root serum products cannot be returned once the product has been opened, unsealed, or the tamper-evident packaging has been broken.


This includes:

 

  • Opened product packaging

  • Broken seals / tamper-evident stickers / shrink wrap

  • Any item showing signs of opening, use, or handling beyond inspection

 


➡️ Opened/unsealed products = strictly non-returnable, except where the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly delivered.


 

1.2 Unopened products

 


Only products that are:

 

  • 100% unopened

  • unused

  • sealed

  • in original, intact packaging

    are eligible for a return within the 14-day withdrawal period.

 


 

1.3 Incorrect or damaged products (our mistake)

 


If you received:

 

  • the wrong item, or

  • a damaged item, or

  • a manufacturing defect (e.g., leakage on arrival)

 


Email us within 7 days of delivery with:

 

  • your order number

  • clear photos/videos of the issue

  • photos of the outer packaging and product seal/condition

 


We will provide an appropriate solution (replacement or refund) at no cost to you where required.

 


 

 

2. How to Start a Return (unopened products only)

 


To request a return, email:

  • your order number

  • a photo clearly showing the unopened, sealed packaging and the condition of the item

 


Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

 


 

 

3. Return Costs

 


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we confirm the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly delivered.


Original shipping fees are refunded only where legally required (standard delivery option).

 


 

 

4. Refunds

 


Once your return is received and approved, VIVI Root will refund the eligible amount within 14 days.


Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

 


 

 

5. Non-Returnable Items (Exclusions)

 


The following items cannot be returned:

 

  • opened/unsealed serum products

  • products with broken tamper-evident seals

  • items showing signs of use or opening

  • products returned without approval

  • items sent outside the return window
